Generally, the villa is rented on a weekly basis from April through early November.

From mid-November until mid-March (excluding Christmas and New Year) we require only a three-night minimum stay.

At any time, please feel free to inquire about stays shorter than a week—especially if your travel is imminent—to see if we have last minute availability of if you would like to be put on a waiting list.

Conditions

Check-In / Check-Out Time

You may check in beginning at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is up to 10:30 am.

Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in so that we are there to greet you!

Cancellation Policy

We hope that you will have no reason to cancel your beautiful holiday vacation to Italy; but, any number of things can happen between the time you confirm your booking and your intended arrival date which may prevent you from completing your stay. We know this from experience with past guests, and therefore, we urge you to purchase sufficient travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation fee so that you can anticipate the trip with an easy mind, without any worries or concerns.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, these are the conditions:

Less than 12 weeks before arrival	Up to 8 weeks before arrival	30% of total rent

Less than 4 weeks before arrival	Up to 2 weeks before arrival	60% total rent
Less than 2 weeks before arrival	Up to one day before arrival	75% total rent
No show		100% rent
For late arrivals or early departures		100% rent
